The bed remained in place during all of this so that doesn't really help me.

Yeah. I want to but all my air stuff is plumbed into the bed, so that extra 20 minutes of work has turned me off.

I also ordered some steel diamond plate to cap the top of the bumper. There's a slight gap between the bumper and body and I thought this would be a cool way to close that. I'll weld it to the bumper and get it all sealed and blended and whatever. Paint the whole bumper satin black, and then use a spray bedliner on the diamond plate portion. It'll act like a step getting in and out of the bed.

I redid my upper limit strap mounts so they’re | | Instead of / \

before I failed to realize geometry and shit and that when one side of the axle goes higher, it pivots and allows the other side do go lower. Not anymore.

Knowing this I measured how I have my lower shock mounts done and will cut them off and weld new ones on. Once the limit straps hit, I only have 9.25” of exposed shock shaft. I’m going to redo them so I have 11” exposed shaft. I will gain 1.75” of uptravel this way.

#RandyFab to the rescue!!!!!! Did you cut the turndown tip off that muffler or it just never had one? And whatever happened to the resonator? Every time you post I am more confused than the time before.

I went back to oem exhaust. The other one was just too obnoxious. I had to cut it like that due to how the limit straps were mounted

Yes but he will have to sleep like Jerry @UntamedTaco does in his. Fetus Position. Or if Tony The Man goes, in the front seat. Tony The Man gets the King Bed.

I was wondering...........Hmmmmmmmm. I hope mine isn't too obnoxious. Well, no more obnoxious than me. That would be bad for everyone. Well, except me.

I'm picking it up this Tuesday. I will have to let you know.

I also ordered an archive garage u bolt flip with his branded bump stops. I installed a set on another truck and they’re pure BEEF. I also have super bumps for the front. It’s going to be so damn nice to have more up travel and softer bumps all around. I’ll definitely be doing some faster stuff.

So really good bump stops also add cushion to dampen the bottoming out and not just stronger protection for when it occurs?

that’s what I did. Not sure if how much the piece of DOM does but I figured it can’t hurt. I think an “x” would be better. Once I relocate the gas tank I’ll probably add more.
