    The thought did cross my mind. I could get a pre formed box for like $25 but I don’t want any more sheet metal work than necessary

    Did a few little odds and ends too today. Bolted the rear portion to the frame. Got started on the top plastic rail things, just want to epoxy them together. Mounted license plate.

    All I have remaining that’s major is paint the bedsides, and put the finishing touches on the bumper and paint that too. Then the bobbing is complete. I decided I will bite the bullet and buy proper automotive paint and paint the entire bedsides, off the truck. May as well do this properly. I’ll create a makeshift paint booth in my garage. Only shitty thing is I don’t have a respirator. Wonder how much I can paint while I hold my breath
