    I hear that the cops don't want to respond to much wrongdoing unless it is a major crime. They don't want to interact with the public and all that and risk getting the COVID.

    Yeah they detained him asked him a couple of questions and let him go, came back to us to file a report. 4 of the properties on our block were involved.
