The line running down from the clear disk filter piece goes to the BOV, for context.

Yes. you van just cut/ tie that "T" anywhere in the line you already have for the BOV. OR to make it cleaner. Take that sensor off and get that ~$30 coupler I linked before. The sensor is 1/8" npt and will thread right into the 3" coupler.

Less money. Less wait time. CUT THE LINE ANYWHERE>

Cleaner looks the best. Get the coupler/

@Sirnick88 You can go either route here. 2 places you can replace the 3" coupler with the 3"with 1/8" bung or just cut in to that 1/8" vacuum line going to the BOV

If you use the coupler. Unscrew the nipple off the sensor and discard that, the line, and the "T"- Then screw the sensor into the coupler. It is cleaner this way. The sensor isn't flopping around. Or zip tied to something. Not that critical. Just a thought.

What gauge are you attempting to run?
That is very different from the sort of setup that I have.

It it a T tap. It's the same diameter as the BOV T. It will work on any of that line where I made my marks in the pics above.

@Flake Boost thanks man, the visual aids really help. @12TRDTacoma this is the URD mk3 setup, so it'll be different than the TRD s/c setup.

@12TRDTacoma sorry, I didn't fully answer your question. This is the aem x series boost gauge. Electrical connector to brass fitting to vaccum line.

This guy right here has not messed with Turbos and centrifugal superchargers (intake turbos) therefore I am not informed on the proper method to hook up BOVs, nor do I feel comfortable making recommendations to other people as to how they should hook theirs up. I am sorry @Sirnick88 I can't really help you here.

@12TRDTacoma no worries man, I'll go with @Flake Boost 's recommendation using my existing hardware, and upgrade to that sick red coupler later.

Yes. That is where I had mine aligned with my SPCs after Toyota failed multiple times. I even set the cam gear in the correct position in advance.

If you are going to put that coupler on later. Then cut the shortest line coming off of that large T splitting to the BOF and recirculating line. Doing that. You wont have to shorten and replace any of the other lines IF you go with the 3" with 1/8" coupler.

Alt pulley was actually real easy to remove with a small impact. Just hold pulley then torque off.
