Thanks @JennJenn I really am good on masks right now. only because I have not gone anywhere. I really do not mind being at home. But it is getting to my Wife She is ready to go see Her Sister and Her Brother.

I don't mind it either. Id like to go shopping other than for groceries for a couple hours but I'm ok with it. I understand how she feels though, I miss my grandson...

 

Same here. That’s why I have an expensive one for when I drywall. They cheap ones make me feel like I’m being suffocated by a really weak person.

 

I have a 26 year old GrandDaughter who is out of work now but still getting paid. She calls or texed us every day to check on us.

 

Brats and kraut tonight

 

You cook the brats in beer then in the grill to tighten up?

 

Nah. These were shitty ones that just needed some grill time. Just pulled outta the freezer. I don’t cook brats very often though. I’ll have to do that next time

sweet! I don’t usually do brats. But they’re always good when I do have them

 

I don’t get em often cause the wife really isn’t a fan. Beer, onions, brats, red pepper flakes. Boil for about 10 mins. I then pull as crisp up on the grill or in a pan. Reduce the onion mixture and serve with them.

Think I’m goi g to have to make some brats soon. Need to order casings. ​

 

Ohh that sounds great. Do you just boil a full beer? Or add any water? Any beer preference? I feel like a PBR would go well with them

I usually use 4 beers. Don’t cut it with water. As for kind I’m a firm believer in don’t cook with anything you won’t drink. I don’t drink bud or one or stuff like that.

 

PBR it is! I love me a good PBR still. I’ll try that out next time
