I only got the alignment because I put on the JBA UCA’s before I took my truck to do the tires. It was fine aside from that squeaky ass uniball lol

I just pulled my receipt and the before and after number page wasn’t there. That’s what I get for being in a hurry

I DID put a few hundred on since then.

 

I have a never used OEM spare wheel/tire from my 2018 TRD sport sitting in my garage if anyone wants it for FREE. I have a set of aftermarket wheels/tires with 5th wheel so its not needed. Just let me know. I live in Glastonbury. Happy weekend.

Talk about a productive day!

Woke up at 8, loaded the trailer with my mower, headed out by 8:45, and went to make a quick $40.

Back home by 10:30 (since the guy whose grass I cut is a friend, so he came out while I was cutting and we shot the shit for about half an hour, always maintaining social distancing), and get cracking on finishing to flip over the floor boards on my porch. Had already pulled out the nails during the week little by little, so today was board flipping day.

Of course some were all bad, so were only bad on the ends, and some were bad in sections of the board. Not sure if the previous home owner did it right by water sealing, etc... Doesn't look like it, or maybe he did but a long ass time ago. We've been here for about 10 years now, so... After flipping and putting them back "together" by lining them up, I needed to buy about 30 new boards; a combination of lengths. Went to Lowe's with my pops, and we stupidly got the wrong thickness. FAK!

So weather permitting tomorrow, we'll have to go back, return, and get the correct stuff. If Lowe's doesn't have it, then home depot it is.

Only came inside at around 7pm. Was outside just about all day, with the exception of about an hour for lunch. I'm beat.

 

flipping top for bottom or end for end (spinning)? and why?
I have some bad ends on my porches. It just never occurred to me to cut out the bad & stich in some new lengths. Was only thinking to replace the entire board.

 

Both! The "old" top pcs were very weathered, and beat up looking. Chipping on the surface, things like that. Every board we flipped we checked to make sure that it wasn't cracked through, etc. Made sure it was still strong and put it back.

Once we get the missing pcs, we'll screw them all into place.
