Here are pictures of the patched fenders with painted bed liner over where the flares used to be. I am not 100% happy with the job but this truck is used like a truck should so they should take a good beating.

In the next year or so I plan on moving on to an All-Pro LT kit, 35" tires, re-gear and have lockers front/rear. Hell, I might just go SAS if I have the need for it.

I am also going to chop another 2" off from the fenders so I will have no issues with rubbing.

*excuse the shitty point and shoot quality pictures. This was taken with my waterproof camera after a day at the beach.

Hey, found your build after i started my lift thread, was looking for info on pretty much your exact truck setup. maybe you can help me out on a few of the questions.

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/suspension/119716-would-safe-piecing-together-my-own-lift.html

that's the thread, feel free to answer them here or there, i was mainly curious about leveling issues, but yours seems to be pretty straight even with the bumper. you noticed any sagging at all?

I'm loving the rear bumper, wonder if the tow package would interfere....

I like it a lot. Feels very luxurious. It has a lot of the things that I eventually want to have on my truck. It is basically a land cruiser now. I have not been able to really test out the cull capabilities of the vehicle yet.

The stock Trail Edition tires are horrible so the 285/70-17 BFGoodrich Mud Terrains should help out in that department.

Sliders are an absolute must for me before I take it around some rocks and I am waiting for Demello to put theirs into production.

CB and a 2m radio will eventually go in. Other than that, not a whole lot more will be done.

Recent developments have led me to the decision to possibly keep the Tacoma in favor of putting on some diamond axles and 37" tires. If I keep the Tacoma, then this is definitely the route I am going. Basically, this is what I am looking at. I have already begun to research and gather the parts for the swap.

That's not a kit and I haven't seen anybody that MIGHT release a kit. That is all custom fabrication. I have a $15,000 budget to get it done but will not start until this time next year. And the recent development is that I do have a job for the next four years (was looking very iffy for a few months) and am looking at promotion around this time next year.

    Congrats!

The way you worded made me think that somebody was developing a kit. Thanks for clarifying.
