Going to pull the trigger on a 5100 kit. was looking at the 887 with med dakar packs. after looking at my budget and reviews of the dakar leafs (as of recent) I plan to go icon AAL. Now I have been reading about all the sag with OME 887, and wondering about should I go in that direction. THose that have HS coils have they settled or have they stayed at 2.5? what about rid quality, are the similar? thanks for any help.

all coils are wearable over time but ours seem to settle in AROUND 2.5" of lift on a base 05-15 stock weight Tacoma.

While this is an old post, I assume these are the 2.5" Headstrong coils we are discussing.

Has anyone seen any measurements for Access Cabs? Headstrong site states lift measurements are based off Double Cab weight. Access Cab probably weighs about 100ish pounds less.

A 4x4 access cab v6 can see around 1/4 +/- more lift then the 4dr version. A 4cyl access cab can see around 1/2" +/- more.

LOL! I bet the air is a lot cleaner there right now! I went to King in Garden Grove the other week and I couldn't believe how clearer the sky was.

Thank you for your business, we truly appreciate it!

What about the 2” coils on a 4cyl reg cab? Would they settle to around 2.5?
