Maybe check ur steering rack, there is a TSB on them.
Did you check the basics? Alignment, balance in tires ect. I also have spacers for my diff and carrier bearing

I have not check the steering rack or checked the TSB for it, but will definitely look into it!
I've gotten my alignment done about a year ago when I first lifted my vehicle but none recently.

I lifted my truck 2.5 inches about a year ago. I did not change out the upper control arms. and alignment was done a year ago along with the lift.

I think it’s your UCA. I had the same issue, but I knew it was the UCA since my stock UCA was preventing the alignment to get more caster. It showed green, but if you are running larger tires with lift, you may need more caster. After I swapped out the UCA and redid alignment, the shaking stopped.
I already had ecgs bushing when they did my suspension, but the shaking was still there until I swapped my UCA.

JBA, they are pretty popular on here. There's even a thread specifically for them because of how easy it is to lube bushings (they have zerk fittings).

so I came to the conclusion that the reason it still vibrates is that there’s still play on my driver side cv axle after installation. Another person did maintenance on installing the bushing and I was wondering if it was correct?

Something wrong then. I wonder if they even did the work. I haven't had a case where the vibe remained after bushing replacement.

It looks set to the correct depth. Did you have it regeared as well?

After lifting the front end about 2-1/2" i got the vibration around 40 to 50 miles per hour, the vibration goes away when i shift into four wheel drive. so yes, i think the ECGS bushing needs to be replaced. this is next on my list to do...

I'm really surprised in this copycat world that ECGS is the only game in town. Nothing wrong at all with ECGS, but odd that there are not 15 different knockoffs.

Did he give you the specs on the regear for it? Pinion preload, carrier preload, total preload, backlash, bolt torques, and/or any pics of the gear pattern?

I can't remember where, but I did find a second version when I was shopping for them recently. Just one more version and it wasn't a lot cheaper if I remember right.
