    That wasn't my point, though I suspect you already knew that. Some towns have moved those folks into hotels. But that still doesn't solve the problem they are attempting to address.

    We did just a small part of the Sierras but we were seeing about 50% of normal for this time of the year.

    The state wide snow survey totals should all be finished and posted in about a week on the CDEC website.
