Found this steel hoop a few days ago. It was around 4’ across if I had to guess. I dug it out and it had a clean break on the other side. I assume it was a wagon wheel but I don’t know for sure.

Found this old truck while mountain biking. The frame is in better condition than some of our Tacomas. :D

Well, they’re supposed to be in the woods...

NH Fish and Game just swing by to alert us of their presence and put us on notice, $248 for doing anything to attract them. Not like the neighborhood didn’t know they showed up two days before... 8 total in the neighborhood, here’s 3 of them:

I saw an article recently that their dumping truckloads of dirt on it to cover it all and restrict people from going there. Pretty sad, its a unique place.

Not at all. Out in Landers near Giant Rock

Hmmm, guess you're ready to dispatch the 6-8 Marines there too.

That’s not you hind end hanging out of it? My little cap gun wouldn’t hold off that many people. Maybe 2-3. Yep. Nothing to see here.....

He's either retarded, or deep into courtship. There are a bunch of wood peckers pounding on the trees around my house. One keeps coming back to my extension ladder. There's a short video in the link.

This was from a few years ago. Moss (I think) formed on the entrance of this mine shaft.
