Nice truck kinda the direction I want my to go. I was wondering your 4.11 gears and aussie locker did you just buy a new third member with everything in it. Or buy a locker and install gears seperately?

I bought everything new and had it installed. It wasnt cheap with new bearing sets and such but well worth it.

Cool thanks, I'm debating my opitions if its cheaper the way you did it or buying the whole third member with everyting in it. If you don't mind me asking how much was the parts and instasll overall.

Im sure it cost more to do it the way I did. I think I paid in the neighborhood of 1200 for all parts and install. The Bearings were a huge part of that. Also probably could have gone somewhere that was cheaper on labor but I went to a place here in SD that does nothing but gears/ differentials. I will have been regeared for 2 years come march.
