When do they normally open 5N01 and 3N01?

Is 3N01 May 1st?

 

3N01 doesn’t close, as far as I know or it doesn’t close south of cottonwood rd at least.

Also most lower SN forest roads would be open now unless impacted by snow or wet conditions so just depends on the season. Or current health guidelines...

 

This is 3N01 just past the Village coming from 108 before the first bridge.
