    Looks like a brown recluse bite. I would suspect she got bit twice by whatever it was. 1/4" spacing on the puncture marks would be a pretty big spidey. Brown recluses are typically 1/4-1/2" long. That can vary depending on the size and force of boot applied.

    I would definitely keep an on it, especially for any necrosis around the bite.

    I'm by far no expert, but I dont think some jizz and antibiotics will take care of a recluse bite, will it? I thought you needed some sort of specialized meds to combat the necrosis.
