Nice! I'm slowly coming to terms that moving up north I may never get a pool but on the upside a house we just found is only a few short miles from the Canadian border as well as a river. I could spend my days by the river

In all likelihood, yes. We're not 100% locked into a destination until we begin shopping but our requirements and search often leads us to the north western side near Troy.
