The trip took a total of 46 hours. 24 up to Montana, 14 down to Carson city, and 8 down to oc. I kept an average pace of about 75-80

If that’s the case then solo should be responsible cause I just got everything replaced on the suspension as well, and I have heims on my uppers...

You can leave a shop with a perfect alignment and be out in minutes with a good lick. Especially if something was a bit loose.

Seen tires eaten like that in under 1k.

    Sorry for your loss.

Take a 3 foot framing level and throw up against the side wall of the tires, it’ll give ya a quick idea how far out camber is, bet you’re gonna be surprised.

Yeah Bijan is a cool guy, I’m probably gonna message solo and ask how the hell this could have happened lol. They aligned the truck after doing maintenance on the lowers and I just picked it up from them

Left tire looks like it is trying to be tucked up under a honda.

OP, how could you not have felt something was wrong while driving it? I’m sure it either pulled or vibrated. I take a quick peek at my tires every day to make sure something like this isn’t happening, it didn’t happen overnight that’s for sure. In addition, I bet your gas mileage was terrible with that kind of resistance.

Good luck getting this resolved....just another reason why I avoid altering the suspension and keep the truck ‘stock’ as much as possible, but I’m old and judgmental.

Cam tabs were in spec on where the guy had aligned them. Couldn’t get a pic but he drew a line on the tabs and the plate and it was the same. So probably just a shitty alignment on his part.

Interestingly this did happen over 2 days worth of driving. I check my tires pretty often myself too and I assumed they’d be fine cause they were at a good cold psi and just rotated but what I’m thinking happened was the soft compound got super heated on the ko2s cause of the bad alignment causing only half the tire to contact the ground at one time which wore it so quick. I did keep a good speed the entire way, but I never felt any discomfort, maybe a little at super high speeds but it’s a prerunner, you don’t expect much lol

So if the alignments tabs are still where he put them and it rolled out of the shop like that , how do you not notice the top of the front tires are kicked in to the point where it’s visibly noticeable.

This is what I thought when looking at it- way too much negative camber. Inner tire wear is from either too much negative camber or toe out as was posted above. Get an alignment ASAP.

Just reverse the tires to even out the wear (I.e. remove the tires from the rim and put them on backwards - like when they ask you at the tire shop if you want the white letters inside or out)

Your alignment is HORRIBLE from that pic. I had this happen on my solid axle taco when a trunnion bearing blew up and I couldn't figure it out for a little while.

Camber is visibly out to lunch and is obvious in the picture you posted.

If/when you figure out what caused it.
Let us know. That way I can keep an eye on mine.
    Wow.....that’s bad.

    Sorry to hear it.
I’m getting ready to buy tires myself.
I’d hate for that to happen after new tire. Yikes!

Get it aligned. You can see the camber in the photo, like an F1 car
