I think backfiring her plan, if it even is a her... Is probably the only thing that gets you out of it easy though. Chances are when you cave and give in to the first ransom she'll keep holding the pictures hostage for more and more. I mean that's what I would do if I were an internet grifter. And you can't backfire it by giving out her pictures because I'm sure they're not her.
