What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Changed my own oil and filter. First 2 oil changes the dealer did. Are the old filters supposed to look this bad? 16k miles on odo.

Just give them a little WD-40 or grease on the springs before the install.

Thanks yeah hit a small trail later that night in it.performs way better than stock tires that's for sure lol.

 

Added the OEM LED bed lights to my access cab.

 

It is tight but I have gotten used to holding the door with my left and insert (Just barely, no real pressure) with my right- and I’ve stopped trying to bury it in. It’s just not necessary to try and bottom It out.

with as fragile as the gas door hinges are, less is best imo

Sticker or vinyl (link?) on the trail wheels. Almost hard to make out the wheels in black. If I can ever get done with this summers goals in house mods I’ll do mine up and post results

I’d have to get the amber for turns. I think the only thing that could turn me off is if the sequential is completely out of sync with the factory.
that doesn’t look too noticeable unlit in the day (maybe it’s the shadow)

I just ordered some 5100s for mine after a lot of thought. Didn't want to get crazy with it since its my daily but needed something to bring it up a little.

 

Hey, I'm doing the same thing! Amazon says Bilstein 5100s delivery on Thursday. Hoping to get installed on Saturday. Going to add 1/4" spacer on the LS to compensate for the Taco lean. Keeping OEM springs.

 

Post some pics, I'll be too busy to install for a while. Not excited to see them sitting around ..

 

Changed these 921s out for a VLED brand. Bright. Cheap and easy mod to do.

 

Got all of my lighting dialed in and aimed. This is projectors aimed 4" below the wall starting point with HIDs (truck is lifted 4"), then the Baja Squadron SAEs aimed to fill in and then the Lightbar aimed.

Anyone know how much or where to find info on how much a used 2017 TRDOR stock suspension is worth? 70,000 miles on them. No issues with it.

 

I am moving back home from college so I needed somewhere to put my canoe. I ordered a cap from Leer, should be ready in another few weeks.

I've only been wilderness canoeing once in the Boundary Waters. I definitely need to go back.
