    WTF is going on here? First he says the dealer said it was a PRO and now he says he bought it off a friend who never drove it. Which is it man?! Even so, let’s say your friend only owed $20k left on it so he sold it to you to get rid of his loan. He sounds like an amazing friend, almost TOO amazing. Muahahahahaha! What other vehicles does your “friend” have that he can take such a loss on?

    I should not have written it like that and I see how it’s confusing. I started drinking after I thought I bought a used SR5 for a Pro price.
    This is what it should have read.

    The ford dealership is owned by a friend, I told him awhile ago I wanted a Tacoma. He gave we want I thought was an extraordinary deal, but turns out it was just a great deal.

    The guy who owned it first was a professional fisherman and had Ranger boats. He put Ranger in big letters on the back of the truck. I’ll get you pictures once I figure out how on my iPhone.
    He traded the Tacoma in for a new Ranger, I’m guessing to match his boats.

    He put in a lot of upgrades, like black rhino rims, cold air intake, something to make the excelerator more responsive/faster as-well.

    Thinking poor OP got fleeced either on price and claimed Pro'ness or salvage/rebuilt title, or his math aint right, no clean carfax 4wd TRD Sport with tech/prem packages is going for $20k.

    Premium and tech was a one package option back in 2017 which included the moonroof. I didn’t think they made a pro without premium and tech. I stand corrected if that’s the case.
