No, you still got a deal, used cars don't have alot of wiggle room, you still paid less than private party value so you are not upside down, you could sell it tomrrow and be fine. I'm betting they sold it to you close to what they paid for it. Plus you got some decent mods it looks like besides the weird ranger and pro non sense.

The marshmallow to cereal ratio is never adequate and leaves me always disappointed.

Well, that was fun. Good night everyone.

I’ll find a photo of a Tacoma with an S-10 emblem on it and make another post Friday.

The Toyota USA owner's website is kind enough to show the package and not confuse people. Other systems (some Toyota, most non-Toyota) are not as kind.

It's why you'll often find Tacomas posted as "SR5" on all kinds of websites. Same thing happens with 4Runners. If it's some random used car lot, they often have no idea what they have - I've seen a lot of Limiteds posted (and priced) as SR5's.

The model code for the 2005-2020 Tacoma uses 3 grades:

D: DLX/Base (2005-2015; all packages including X-Runner, TRD Pro, Limited, all of them)
    S: SR5 (2016-2020; all packages except Limited)
    L: Limited (2016-2020)

Sunroofs slide open, moonroofs pop open in the back a couple inches like a vent.

I would say that classically, moonroofs were made of glass and popped up while sunroofs were made of metal and slid open. Then manufacturers started making sunroofs that could tilt or slide, then they started making glass that could slide. Now there are tilting and sliding moonroofs or sunroofs, depending on what the marketing person felt like calling it on any particular day.

I generally call it a moonroof if it is made of glass and a sunroof if it isn't, but then I also kind of consider them all to be generically called sunroofs - like kind of a Kleenex thing.

Toyota pretty much sticks with calling them slide and tilt moonroofs these days though.
