Figured as much. I'm going to be looking for replacements in the near future then. Very disappointed in OME, especially since it seems like its not a "specific to you" thing

Does anyone know if Alcan has found a new owner?

I was watching this unfold as I was about to buy them, so I went Dobinsons at a similar pricepoint. Only a few hundred on-road miles so far, just put them on a few weeks ago.

Yeah, I noticed mine starting to sag inverted right around the time that Ironcross did, I had them about 6-7 months at that point in time. Now I've had them about a year and they have maybe had 30-40% of the rated capacity on them, still sagging.

It doesn't look like it yet. I think it may be a hard sell for the owner... The building is leased so basically he's selling the brand name, tooling, production/sourcing info as well as training and some inventory. It also comes with the liability of 8 existing employees and lease until 3/1/2022.

Not sure if you all knew about this but all these companies teamed up for the month to offer discounts and are all donating a portion of the sales to Project CURE. If you use code UNITED2020 you can get discounts. It’s running through April 30 but figured I’d share for any last minute people needing things. We’re doing 15% off at Hefty which we’ve never done that much before.

Currently live in MD, but fiancé and I plan to move to CO in about 2 years. Most likely will be working around Boulder or Colorado Springs. Any suggestions on places to live? Maybe land to buy now? Definitely want some acreage and Mountain View.

To totally different areas IMO so figure out where you’re going to be working, and bring the biggest bag of cash you can get.

There aren't mountain views in Boulder except for a few million+ dollar homes up in the foothills. The best mountain views are closer to I-25 so your sight lines allow it.

Yup, two very different areas. Politics, taxes, economies, diversity, weather… the list goes on.
