Winch wouldn't fit with the cummins in it, not to mention the weight difference...the suspension would have to change a lot which limits capability.

I’m sure they could figure it out. Pulling and thing with a full sized gasser is a joke @ 7 mpg

the hemis aint that bad imo, def not a cummins nor a 12 valve reliability-wise. But, the hemi holds its own with gassers id say. The mpg with towing is the deal breaker ur right, rly would just be a big tacoma not towing unless u had the money for 7 mpg haha

My 2004 hemi ticked from when I got it with 49900 miles until i sold it with over 230k miles. Most reliable vehicle I ever had to date. Motor never was opened up, not even valve covers and they never leaked.

I was shocked how quiet those were when Chevy teamed with Isuzu on those in the late 90s or early 2000s.
What an awesome diesel engine that duramax is:D:cool:

It was only noticeable at idle. There are also multiple ways to cure it, the best being to change to the 6.1L hemi lifters and pushrods. Not super expensive nor difficult to do, I just never did it.
