Fo sho, I got no issue with people buying new.
I guess whatever it is, I just want someone to have the best info/truth so they can have the chance to make the best decision for themself.... It's hard enough as it is to make good choices in our world of deceit and lies, lol. No need to regret your car/truck purchase for 4 or 5 years, not fair to yourself (not you, the person that regretted it because they didn't know or didn't think of yada yada) :D

@Hooks98tacoma 12 dollar AutoZone cap and rotor made the idle the right rpm but it stalls under any load now so imma do plugs now since wires look good

Check timing and look for vac leaks, symptoms are close. Also old Hondas have a weirdo coolant temp controlled idle thingy that's known to go bad.

The Honda one is actually an expanding wax thing like a thermostat. But ya can't hurt to check your coolant temp sensor too

Gotcha. My Tacoma has a skip now I believe to be the fuel pump going out. It skips to the point it’s about to cut off. Could be something similar to check if plugs don’t help

It's confusing if you've never heard of the system but it's pretty easy to fix at least.

I got a bet with a co-worker he's 29 and we are arguing about peeps the marshmallow. I told him if he can eat 150 of them I'll pay him $300. He's on number 47 and he's slowing down. He has 4 hours to go lol.
