My experience with catfish has been much different. No matter how they are cooked, cleaned, bled... still tastes like stinky fish to me.

I LOVE spicy food!

As a youngling I could eat all I wanted all of the time.
About five years ago everything changed and now I have to be really careful with spice. Makes me really sad but hate the aftermath.

You can't imagine how much catfish I have eaten... from the time I was 5, my dad was a catfisher. Tried for nothing else in the lake, just CST fish... little pan sized ones.

I hear ya uncle bud use to shrimp and run trot lines on the week ends always had plenty shrimp and fish. Might be the same as wit me and chicken and dumplings can’t eat em any of em , my grandma use to make all the time growing up now can’t touch em

 

Yup, growing up we had a 1/4 acre garden (I hate zucchini) and anything we could drag out of the lake or river.
