    At work some of the people that just came back to work are being asked if they want to volunteer for two more weeks off.

    Currently 72° clear , High 95°and windy conditions by afternoon

    My body is sore from head to toe this morning and can barely move . Yesterday about 1800hrs I decided to apply another coat of ceramic coating to my truck . I finally got down about 2230hrs and between the warm temps and my health conditions I was worn out

    I must have drank 5 bottles of water during that time period . The truck looks awesome now but I've got to rethink if I should be doing this strenuous activity anymore
