    Same, we are relocating to Scottsdale next year and with the cost of houses there, I’m hoping the market drops a bit and rates stay low. The new wife doesn’t grasp the concept that Scottsdale is spendy.

    I'm torn on this one, but I'm just going to say that I mostly disagree with your assessment but I can't go into more detail because I'm likely to catch a hammer for it because the discussion will become political.
