What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Got lucky and found this today at FB market. Almost new for $200, minus missing keys

 

I got one without keys once. I forgot where (maybe etrailer) but I got replacement key/cylinders for $25 plus a few bucks for shipping

 

installed a K&N air filter, Plasti dipped some wheels (till I get new ones), installed some raptor lights, and installed some Front Runner Bed load bars!

everything went smoothly.....expect for the missing hardware from front runner...just 4 washers though so I'm not heartbroken

I was very torn about wether or not to add the lights in the grill....had it without for a bit and kinda like the look now....what does everyone else prefer? yay or nay?

 

Last Saturday I finally lifted her!! Thanks to my buddy for letting me use a lift at the Subaru dealer he works at.

Toytec Bilstein 5100 kit. Preassembled coilovers set on second clip with half inch spacer kit and driver's lean spacer. Rear 1 inch block for now, buying new springs this fall. Got roughly 2¼ inch lift in front and 1 inch rear.

She's sitting pretty level but I haul a lot and I was hoping for a slight rake so I think I'll go with a 1 inch spring lift this fall or 2 inch and remove the block.

Rides much better than stock and no more rubbing!! Probably go with 285/70 once I run these 265/70 down.

Also added the BPF recovery bracket!

Moved my. "Break Out Another Thousand" out of hibernation.

 

Installed my diff breather extension, guy shipped it super quick. Nice cheap insurance.

No. The cowl covers it. Now did you relieve the pressure on the other side of it, is the question.

Nay. It's a tacoma, not a raptor. However, my girlfriend likes them, and made me install them on her 4runner. So it's all preference

 

Look in the market place section, guy on here makes them and sells them for 30 bucks
