Distracted by soft and fluffy. This could add time to the job
There's no mystery here, just the waiting game

I feel like the bar for "simple" is being lowered every day. At least from what I see

I agree. Some people don’t even know about the bar.

Yes. They are. I meant the other bar, the simple bar being lowered over simple things.

Sounds like you need some square tires OP. I heard they're great. It's the latest thing...

I just assume nothing anymore of what people know. Has paid off well with the people I work with
Just make sure the psi is correct, otherwise you could have an accident.

Sounds like the engine threw a connecting rod and it coincidentally punctured the tire. Really can’t do any more damage than what’s already done so just keep driving it for at least another 200k miles.

It’s only flat on the bottom. He’s lucky that he didn’t ruin the whole tire.

one time i came home from work and found i had a flat tire. in the amount of time it took me to create 50 threads on teh topics on multiple forums and sub forums i was able to put on the spare, drive home, and order a new set from tire rack. the shipping and install took a few days. thankfully, i had a spare for my spare and knew how to use it

but hopefully, it really was just a connecting rod like the other guy said. those are way easier to swap

I’ve done that on a Subaru once. Had the lug wrench, just no jack.

Owner's manual talks about it I think. But I don't know what an owner's manual is...so I don’t know what a spare tire is either.
