Get another plate for the camper. Problem solved.

Is there a spot for the plate?

If so does it have a light for it ?

Man, that so sux. Sorry to hear that.
You are better than me, for sure. I would of just walked after the second round of bullshit. Yep, I will make my life more difficult than deal with arse bandits like that.
In this time, you would think that they would be super happy to help a ‘new’ customer...

Evening folks, there isn’t anything good about this Covid crap that’s certain. My wife and I have been doing what we can to support the effort. We have been trying to support some of the local restaurants with some takeout. I have noticed it’s pretty easy to order up, a little to easy. We finally bought a bathroom scale a couple of months ago, it’s not liking the takeout food.:hungry:

Wife tested positive for the antibodies last week. She was a little crook a while back and we just blew it off and put it down to allergies and the changes that occur as ladies age...

I am looking forward to getting tested at some point in the future when the needs of the most will not be affected by me getting tested.
Would just like to know, because I was sick as a dog at the end of January when I was in Southern California. I thought is was really bad allergies, but had never had allergies hit me so hard. I ended up calling my doctor back in New Orleans for a Z-Pack. He sent the script to the drug store near my hotel and I went and picked it up before I drove to Calexico. Got progressively worse as I drove. Made it to the hotel and had a fever, so I took the first two days worth of meds from the Z-Pack before I went to bed. Had a fever hallucinations all night, not much sleep, fever broke and apart from feeling that someone had beaten me up, I was better than I was the day before. Drove across the border to a meeting, drove back that afternoon and back to San Diego. Went to a witness test the next day and flew home the next day. Felt much better by the time I got home.
It was just an entirely weird week. I get allergies, but they normally come on slow enough that Claritin and Sudafed normally knock it out and I get through it. Claritin and sudafed did not even touch it or slow it.

    strange times

Can't MT only issues the plates in pairs.

yes and yes. i was looking at buying the magnet type of mounting plates/brackets that dealers use but not sure i want to go that route. most of the time i don't think it would be an issue but depending on where i travel i'd be worried about somebody stealing it. i'm fine if it makes it easier for me to remove it but don't want to make it easier for anybody else

i've been shopping for a while now and this is cleanest, newest, all the bells and whistles preowned camper that i have found in a 6 state area. i don't know how long it would be until another one popped up. thats the only thing that kept me there and saw it all through. if these things were easier to find i would have walked.

sorry to hear about your wife. since it was last week how far along in the recovery is she? hope she fights like hell to beat it!
and as far as allergies go do yourself a favor and ditch the claratin...its the weakest stuff on the market. and depending on how long you've been taking it your body will build up a tolerance to it making it even weaker. try zyrtec or allegra. both have 12 and 24 hour versions. and both work a million times better than claratin.

Here you go my Lady, :hattip:

It might be a 'Lil work BUT the "peace of mind" will come with that "elbow grease" on the switch-overs :p
[IMG] https://www.roadworksmfg.com/ makes them and most truck dealers carry them.... you just might have a Peterbilt Store in Sky Country

    https://montanapeterbilt.com/

We "Large Car" folks do not like our plates "walking away" either and we find these to be next best thing to "welding 'em in place :welder: "

You mount your Montana tag on the Flip plate surface and when moving just " flip & remove your 2 standard bolts" for the holder..... with the right ratchet, 5 minutes tops ;start to finish...:thumbsup:

Actually I typically use Zyrtec, but couldn’t spell it so went with Claritin because for some reason I can spell that without an issue...
Christy is fine and all good, that was back in February that we had that drama, really before everyone got serious about the beervirus.
Looking at the beginning of this, I think it was in the US in late December/ early January, so we were already well on the way to getting this thing before anyone really had any idea of how transmittable this thing is and how long its gestation period was..

    Strange days indeed.

Happy for your that you got your escape pod...

Have someone remove one for you..... then go to the DMV - you need a replacement one..... Then have your friend give it back.... as long as you can't see the plate when the camper is on your truck, won't be a problem :D

Absolutely. I think that I may be eligible next week for testing at the hospital because Christy tested positive and if that is the case, I will certainly pony up for plasma removal.
I give blood every 8 weeks(?) or whenever they call me. I look at that as an oil change. You gotta get some out so new can be made and that should help. Absolutely HATE needles, so every time I go it is super stressful. I squeeze the shit out of those stress ball things and that helps. The blood taker ladies are always really cool to me and they have known me for years. Just think that the good out of it is better than my girly needle BS crap...
