My question is still, is there more power(HP/Torque) in 2.0 than that of 1.05 or is the final 2.0 built off of 1.05 and the
only changes are regarding issues people have had.

Not yet. Except for a short distance to spring clean her I probably won't be camping until the end of May unless DeWino opens campgrounds. :(

I'm not sure if this will corrupt the file, but you can YouTube "edit file extension" for a tutorial and change the .txt to .p5f

I believe it was already determined that he was trying to save the link (via right click), and since the files behind the link are gone, it wasn't saving the actual file.

@OVTune so with the release of vF, would it still be beneficial for someone to purchase a flash kit off a member?

Quick question(s): I just re-geared to 5.29. Still on 1.05 base. If I wanted to try out 2.0 beta, should I do the 4.88 one or just the stock one? (No 5.29 tune available on the page.) Or should I just stay on 1.05 and wait for 2.0 / 5.29 tune final? ECU 04A61.

4.88 is closer to 5.29 than the stock 3.91 is, so...yes?

The newest 2.0 beta with the 5.29's is only in here for ECU 04B04. Post # 60805. From what I can gateher. I would run the 4.88 tune until the 5.29 is available. This is what I did when i had my gears done with 5.29. Definitely better.

Are you towing right now? From what i understand, in Sport with ECU on is for towing. Or do you like it best this way for normal driving?

I always drive 90% of the time in S
I don’t think it’s just for towing. I may be wrong but it’s been good for me. I get better mpg’s in S as I’m unfortunately not regeared yet and on 295/70/17’s

Are u running the current 04B04 2.0 test tunes? Supposedly on the new test tune S mode with ECT = towing. S mode is Gearlock, and D+ECT is performance. This is how I understand it. maybe someone will chime in if I'm incorrect. I run the same size tires. Only sucks up big hills. Haven't tried any since i went to 5.29 gears, but definitely awesome.

So, I've read the OP multiple times and still have questions. It's probably just me, but I'm confused.

If I buy the vFtuner software at full price as listed on the website right now, does that include the Flashkit hardware? Nowhere on there I can find where it even mentions the hardware. Please help muh!?

It does not include hardware, as we do not have any.

    For everyone wondering..

We are developing our own hardware cable. It will be available later this year.

It includes a dual core 168mhz MCU for lightning fast communication.
Flash over WIFI. No USB cable needed
A second 40mhz standalone MCU for USB flashing (older Toyota's) and USB datalogging
    WIFI datalogging
    And more.
Can't give out all the details right now

What Tune ? New 2.0 Final-Test or something else? For new 2.0 Final-Test released last week: S mode and NO ECT is gearlocking. S mode and ECT Engaged = Tow Mode and NO gearlocking
