Think I did an ok job getting the start and 4x4 rings to match the stock climate rings on the 2020. Now need to do the vent and shift trim rings. Happier with this color, matches a lot more in the interior.

Thank you! Pretty good price on the awning too. Will your tonneau work well with your bed rack?

UPS...Last yr I ordered a Yakima Rack and it was shipped UPS. Received an electronic notice when it was shipped, and I followed its progress, on line, as it travelled through different cities. I received a notice that it would be delivered the following day, but that day came and went w/o delivery. The following day I got a notice from UPS that they were recalculating the delivery date and would let me know. I stopped at the local UPS warehouse, asked them when I could expect the rack. They checked their computer and told me that it had never left the seller. They explained that the notices I received telling me the date shipped, and it’s progress through different cities and the delivery date were “virtual” dates, not actual dates. Sort of like if you purchased a plane ticket with connecting flights but never got on the plane, your relatives would still be notified that you left the airport on that day, made all your connecting flights and would be arriving on time. Maybe a member who works for UPS can verify this for me. I cancelled my order and purchased the rack locally, which I should have done in the first place

Lucky indeed and I know the feeling. Had a house on Lake Marion in SC for 22 years before moving to GA. I miss the lake life but hope to get another place someday SOON.

I have a Ford Transit (Cargo) van that I use for events I'm involved with. They are usually summer events and the air-conditioning has a hard time keeping up with the heat due to lack of insulation in the cargo area. The Transit has a massive windshield that would allow tons of light in, and it certainly contributed to heat building up especially driving into the sun. While the roof is white the rest of the van is wrapped flat black which probably does not help. When I had my side windows tinted I had them tint the top 10" of windshield in almost opaque black. The rest of the windshield is also tinted with an almost clear ceramic UV blocker. The van stays nice and cool now. The tint installer is a very reputable business and I'm in Ohio where the state troopers are very serious fellows (still have death penalty for speeding) I don't think he would have installed it if it were going to be a problem.

You joke but my 2020 RAV4 is a snitch. It absolutely collects data on my driving habits. Acceleration, braking, cornering (and reports to me how well I drive lol) It also collects the route and time of my last trip and where my vehicle is parked. Sure I can opt out of seeing this data, but I can assure you the data is still being collected and sent back to Toyota via mobile link, even if I do not want it to be. Toyota stated they will not share the info UNLESS by court order.

I'm not a criminal, but you never know when some shit will go down.

I'm glad a still have a few cars that are not rats.
