You are 100% correct. I'm trying to fix stuff that hasn't even been brought up yet. With the lock down it could be months or years before he even knows he has a problem.

 

I had a cracked windshield in first 1,000 miles in two separate incidents. some trucks are unlucky.

 

How much did you get when you traded them in?

 

Dealer probably forgot to swap out the winter air, common issue.
