    Nope, I can wait.

When I went yesterday I figured if there was a line to get in I would just wait for another time but I was pleasantly surprised to walk in no problem.

    Not the CM9 personally.

Have had a CW9 for 10years or so.
Only issue I have is the frame-rails have swollen slightly. Has allowed for more play between slide and frame. Has not affected function but is rather odd looking.

Anybody got a T/C Compass? more specifically, have you modded it to improve function?

Current setup. Picked up a Haley Strategic D3CRX chest rig AND the Haley Flatpack backpack for a great price at my local gun shop yesterday! It was the last one.. on their mannequin, and was exactly what I was looking for. Lol stocked up on Lancer mags.. got a great deal on buying purple in bulk. Got my Rugged Radio all tucked in as well. Ready to hit the desert!

Hoping to snag a Holosun and Magnifier combo today as well.. then spending the weekend sighting it in and doing some Varmint Hunting.

My father in law brought me this, he wants me to clean it so he can hang it on his wall. Only markings on it say “laminated steel”.

The only thing I did was adjust the trigger and put a scope on it. Shot a couple of bucks with it so far. Good shooter and the price is right.
What do you want to improve?

Just picked up my optics for it too.

Another LGS (same place I bought my Haley Strategic from yesterday) had this Holosun combo sitting in the case. Saw it yesterday and slept on it. Went back today for it. Time to test it all out this weekend for a annual family get together and varmint hunt.

Just got mine, not many rounds through it. ran it out to 300yds and it was really consistent. I was curious if there were common mods done to them, only real gripe was how the bolt wiggled when it was all the way back and was sticky coming back into battery. But like you said, the price was definitely right

I don’t think there is a ton of aftermarket stuff for the compass. As for the bolt race way clearance, it’s usually by design. Two fold reason really, one to be able to manipulate the bolt faster, and two for field conditions. Benchrest tolerances in the bolt raceway can be about at about .002 thousandths and .006 thousands for a hunting rig. However I wouldn’t get lost in those numbers, it really is manufacture dependent, and doesn’t really mean anything for the shooter. Just thought I’d share.

I love hearing the actual numbers, makes total sense for field conditions. I probably need a few thousand rounds more practice on the bolt to get reasonably fast, I was having problems with it getting hung up at the back of the raceway when i really jerked the bolt back. Too many factors involved for me to really blame the rifle though, need quarentine to lift so i can get more range time with it:fingerscrossed:

Order some snap caps and you can practice at home, it will really help your skills for much cheaper than live ammo and you can do it at home.

No problem  I just recently realized how much difference dry fire can make, about 5 hours of dry fire training with a SIRT pistol and LASR software and I feel that my skills have seen a marked uptick, with consistent practice I’m sure I could become the pistol shooter that I want to be.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
Or one of these. I already feel better about shooting, and can't wait to live fire again. Have both a 9mm and .380. Honestly my arms get tired. But they are great training, and already paid for themselves.

Will do. I was skeptical at first.. but after talking to some friends who have them and looking through them a bit first.. I was sold. The price just makes it worth it..
