It's more of a shitshow than usual lately. Tons of guys with squatted 3rd gens on 22s trolling the offroad guys lol. It's funny to watch.

That would be sweet for bench shooting. I hike to hunt to much and gain way to much elevation to be toting one of those around haha

How about you have the notice written up and dated that way when you tell him verbally, if the response is anything other than "ok", hand it to him.

I'm more concerned the response will be "ok" then the date will come and go. Just like we made multiple agreements about him getting rid of his dead car, etc

Why not ask when he expects to vacate and if he isn't sure, set the date as "ok, well it will need to be within 30 or 60 days" and tell him what date that is.

Again, if the response is anything you don't want to hear you hand him that letter.

What makes you think a Vortex like @JKO1998's would be any lighter or smaller?

Sounds like you need some good binoculars.

I like it. Thanks for the advice :)

My plan is to have a dumpster delivered 2-3 days before whatever the deadline is (I could use it anyways to get rid of shit) in the case that he hasn't figured it out. The Governer has given Sheriffs the option to not evict for lack of payment due to COVID (but that isn't the case)
