Alright gents. Throwing the out for you guys. Which one should I do first. The twin scroll flange with 2"inlets, or the twin scroll with 2.25" inlets? Looking to drastically lower the boost threshold. Give you reason why.

After I finish reworking a major portion of the Bimmer's exhaust, I'll start ordering the material to re-fabricate the header back into turbo inlet.

Once i return home i have a few hx35 laying around from customers that i paid them for their cores that are rebuildable to see how that turbo would do for shits and giggles.

Thats a great question. I would go 2 inch to increase the drive pressure if you're looking to lower your boost threshold.

Yeah i tested the waters. I went with that turbo due to reading up on @dirtdiggingjoes thread, and the results he was making. I wanted a smaller framed turbo for the quicker spooling and it was a great deal. If im trying to get up a big rock or backing a fat trailer up she'll start getting into the boost but unloaded and road driving she rarely sees boost in 1st

I vote for the dual 2". It's good up to 70lb/min.
dual 2.25" is sized for 1000hp build.

    No clue. Lol

Hmmm. And my turbo is good for 1k, or ~90lb/minute + or minus.

We could easily start with that.

Finally making some boost before 2k. Fuel map is rich, but that's better than lean. 2 psi before 1900, 5 psi at 2250, give or take. Kinda depends how much skinny pedal at what rpm or it just drops a gear.
