Yes it is can be dangerous depending on the cause. I went for about 7 years with undiagnosed Graves’ disease that really fucked me up. I went to many doctors for relief and got treated for shit that had nothing to do with what was wrong with me. Asshole doctors treated symptoms while never making a correct diagnosis. When our insurance changed, we needed to change doctors so I picked a guy that was my neighbor growing up. I told him my symptoms and he had me tip my head back and swallow. He got out his pad and said to go and get these blood tests done on your way home. I had a diagnosis the next day. Don’t fuck with a goiter.

 

Very nice! We’ve had low to mid 80’s for the last week. Nice to leave windows open and get fresh air.
