Without a narrative it’s hard to know what you are trying to show or ask about that photo.

Lucky he didn’t damage the rocker .i worked in auto parts for 13 years . You got lucky. Make sure the body shop covers everything thats not getting painted. I had my roof replaced on mine. Tree branch fell on it after a snow storm. Any way they didn’t mask everything off and i had over spray on the other side of the truck. Needless to say i had them wet sand the whole truck . Good luck with your repair and glad you weren’t injured

I beg to differ with this claim.

    Nevada Attorneys Web Site: https://www.askadamskutner.com/auto-accident/car-accidents-without-insurance-in-nevada/

    Nevada law 485.187
    https://www.leg.state.nv.us/nrs/nrs-485.html#NRS485Sec187

    3.  Except as otherwise provided in subsection 4, any person who violates subsection 1 or 2 is guilty of a misdemeanor. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, in addition to any other penalty, a person sentenced pursuant to this subsection shall be punished by a fine of not less than $600 nor more than $1,000 for each violation. The fine must be reduced to $100 for the first violation if the person obtains a motor vehicle liability policy by the time of sentencing, unless:

    (a) The person has registered the vehicle as part of a fleet of vehicles pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 482.215; or

    (b) The person has been issued a certificate of self-insurance pursuant to NRS 485.380.

    Nevada Law 483.230

    https://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-483.html#NRS483Sec230

Nevada law requires people to have a current and valid driver's license while they operate a motor vehicle. Driving without a license (or with an expired license) is a misdemeanor in Nevada carrying possible maximum penalties of:
    • $1,000 in fines, and/or
    • 6 months in jail

Ever been hit by an uninsured driver? I'm guessing no! When I was about 19 I saved up my money and bought a brand new 4runner cash. I carried only liability insurance. 3 weeks later a drunk driver hit me while waiting at a stop sign. Totalled my 4Runner, sent my girlfriend to to the hospital. Found out he had no insurance and we were screwed! I went to his house looking for some payback, his mother informed me they also found a large amount of drugs in his truck and he won't be back for a looooong time! (I got the police report... Oh yah... He had alot of drugs, lol!)

So, I ended up with no vehicle, no more savings and girlfriend ended up defaulting on tons of medical bills. So, YES! Not carrying insurance should be a felony!
