    Wind was bad today.
    Right towards the end before dark I got a wind loop knot, too late to retie, too early to quit fishing.

    Fuck it, it was deep enough I could keep it on the reel "maybe" if I hooked one of the really big fish so I ran with it.

    Your cramps are brought on by low PTH while mine were caused by low TSH. Two different glands with two different functions but both deplete magnesium which in turn depletes potassium. I replaced the mag. with supplements but some of the effects of Graves’ disease still depleted my potassium resulting in debilitating cramps in major muscle groups. The endocrinologist was no help with this but a smart family doctor was. I needed to replace the potassium that was still being lost. When the correct balance was realized, the cramps went away and stayed away. I hope that you can get some relief soon and start to feel better.
