Already bought my truck ill be looking to get my Toyota care service at one of these dealerships. If anyone in Atlanta has had good / bad im open to hearing them.

i know that i asked the service manager at Cobb County Toyota about the transmission fluid being low and he was pretty good at dismissing anything that would warrant them checking the fluid (Like they should have when they inspected the truck)

I use Marietta Toyota for Service. I have also bought 3 new Toyota's from them.... Stay away from Team Toyota on Thornton Road they are only good for parts.

Wish I could help out. I tend to avoid the stealership though. I will say to avoid World Toyota off of Peachtree industrial. Their parts department is horrible.

Greer automotive up in Woodstock is a very popular/reputable place for Tacoma owners in the Atlanta area. I would check them out.

I also used Marietta while I was under warranty. Bought the truck from Stone Mountain and also tried the one out by Mall of GA, would avoid both of those.

i dont think much of any dealership on thornton rd. (i live in mableton so they are closest but im willing to drive for a better quality service center)

if marietta toyota had the truck i wanted i would have bought from them. Still not a fan of the language of their lifetime warranty

Yeah I always took my vehicles for maintenance there while under warranty. They were always legit. My current 2017 tacoma is out of warranty (purchased 2016) due to age so I will go to independent shops going forward.

I bought my truck there in 2017, had no issues with that. Went there for my first warranty service and did not like the experience at all, started trying other dealerships and settled on Marietta. No clue if they've changed since then.

Looks like my lack of trust in dealership service is not without just cause.

Going in for my 10k mile service a week ago, they rotated my tires and of course i didnt get around to torquing down the lugs like i usually do when i finish the job myself. Walking around the neighborhood and i noticed a lug laying near the street i live on. It sure looked familiar.
