Very nice, pretty awesome of you to share your files, gonna have to take a look at them.

If you don't like dropbox, you can make a thingiverse and set up the license so it is available for free but the license allows you to still go after people if they try to sell it without your permission. Allows for an easy way to let people know when it has been updated too.

Yep I have an account with thiniverse. I made a keychain version of some plastic truck nuts years ago and uploaded it. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:880043

I found it hard to rock the mounts in place with the tapered shrouds I put on the model so I shortened them and gave them a steeper taper to help rock them in place. If you do end up printing this know that the tab at the top fits in a pocket that runs the top length of the grill. You tilt the top in first and try to find that pocket and then rock the bottom into place. The taper of the grill kinda locks it in place. I have been driving with them for a week and they stay put. Not rock solid but they will not go anywhere *except for a front end collision*. So I uploaded the latest version. If you guys need a particular file format let me know. You can always use it as a starting point to make your own style....

You're awesome! Do you happen to have a file of the design that fills the entire space? If not, no worries! Thanks!

I have not done the full fill for all the prints I have done But I did do a ballpark model to start it all off. I would say this is kinda ballpark to fill the whole space. I didn't intend to fill it all because of airflow but the 2020 grill does not lack any of that for sure. Use at your one discretion. If you want that minus the holes for the lights and such just reply

I'm printing mine right now, in black PLA. Hopefully the lights will be delivered tomorrow and I can work on making a plug and play harness and instructions so you can build your own

Looking at the idea of adding bottom "clips" to attach to the grille.

I'm not even sure additional clips are necessary. I went out and press fit mine in, and they fit perfectly, and it takes some force to get them back out

They have an impressive press-fit, but I will likely put a little of something like Gorilla Clear Silicone sealant caulking on the backside for added strength. Time will tell but great design for sure!

Gave up on the clip idea for now. I might plastidip them to give them the best grip possible. Moved on to modifying them to glue in plug-n-play raptor lights used on the TRD Pro grilles. If anyone is interested, I'll let you guys know how they turn out.

I don’t have a 3D printer could I buy a set off you? I’ve got a pro grill now but I’d like to go back to the 2020 grill I have, it’s really grown on me

I have printed in PLA+ for now.... while I wait for the ABS filament to arrive. They fit great and look amazing ...maybe alittle too bright with the lights I bought.
