I think you just put me in the mood to make ribs this weekend. They look delicious!

If they were falling apart, try smoking them at 225-250 for 4.5-5 hours and instead of wrapping them use a water sprayer with concoction of your choice. If you're interested I can send you some of my rub/BBQ recipes I've used for ribs. Guess I'm off to Safeway.

 

I think my wife prefers them a bit more fall-off. I think next time I'll only wrap for an hour instead of 2. She also didn't like the apple crown taste so I'll need to use a different liquid this next time.

I usually brown them all around on the barbie. Then, wrap in foil with my favorite sauce, and throw in the oven for three or four hours at 200 degrees. Three hours has less falling off the bone factor than four hours. So good.

My plan, as well. I used my compressor in the garage. But I can use my VIAIR 400 portable from my truck. Still would like to find a small hand pump to carry in the the boat.

 

There are one of these cup holders on each side.

Each bag itself will hold a 12 pak
