Ya I bent it so it’s visible. When ever I go off road from now on I’ll be removing it

You've all seen this b4 but everyone loves pics.
It's what I'm up to today.
I will not weld a plate over the chop for now in case it still rubs.

That cab mount design is so bizarre to me. Why on earth does it stick out that far.

To prevent tire intrusion in an offset crash. To deal with the new small overlap crash tests, 3rd gens have twice as much steel there, thankfully aft of the cab mount bushing.

Slaved in one of the Alpharex quad-projector headlights to make sure everything works :)

The factory low beam and high beam connectors are identical, so it's advisable to label them prior to disconnection. Otherwise everything worked as it should with the Canadian DRL config.

Yes it is...... Sold my beloved first GEN tundra to downsize as I age but if you’re going to drive a RAV4 might as well be a hot rod and deserves a TRD badge!

you may have to cut the ear off and essentially grind down to the body mount plate. Also when you flatten the punch weld, hammer it flat to the outside. Will lay flatter.
