I'm not seeing any billet valve covers with PCV baffles built in, do they just go to catch cans?

 

You guys realize the neighborhood of what something like this cost, yeah?

 

I'm sure this has been covered but using search I can't find much. What have the 1gr front mount turbo guys done for heat shielding the ac lines. Seeing lots of options from tapes to foil tubing. I'd like to use the tubing but not sure if can slip over the lines if i get them off the firewall, haven't taken apart to see if room to slip shielding tubes over them. Thanks guys!

 

The nice covers have removable ones so it is easy to clean out. Also the ability for block off plates so you can run a dry sump.

 

I'm not saying I'm ready to drop the cash on one right this second, but I'd definitely buy it down the road once I'm farther into my build.

 

Yeah the price will be worth it imo. The factory plastic one has got to go.

gotcha. Well I think you could have done that with a 7670 and it would be more fun to drive. Might be on the edge with that but even the 8374.

I'm aiming for 400 to start with my little four banger. In talks with a couple shops around me, they all said 600 should be attainable without too much risk. Now they may just be blowing smoke, but I'd be pleased as punch with that number out of this 2tr. I'm going to be applying for the vanity license plate "2trbo"

 

Welp, my Walbro 190 is making some weird noises. I guess no tuning for me this weekend. New one already ordered but will be a few days.

 

What a perfect time to upgrade to a bigger pump!

 

Get an areo 340lph. Walbro's are just loud in general.
