Welcome! It was a memorable day! I didn’t lose out on $20 gas money!

In a small community on the outskirts of Nowhere, Pennsylvania rests a youthful yet weary Mrs. Gritto. Unfortunately for her, it's his birthday again. Looking back through her worn and somewhat tattered diary, she realizes that over the last many years there has been a birthday trend that has gotten increasingly unpleasant for her. Should she mention it or just act as though it's a normal birthday in the Gritto house? Her mind searches for a way to let him down easy.
On one hand she could play along; after all, it is his birthday. He's expecting the routine, and maybe he has earned it. He's been a good husband through thick and thin. Hell, he even has this new delivery gig to help put food on the table (although she suspects he uses it as a front to flirt with Vera at Big Earl's Drug Store).
But then there's the other side of her that wants to scream, "Enough already, can't a women just get some rest around here!"
There's so much to think about and so little time...it's almost bedtime.
