It wouldn't be so bad if we had a team dedicated to training every single person but we just don't have time or enough good people to do that on all shifts.

I wondered if you guys were hiring a lot of new people also.

I don't envy staff like yourself working Walmart tho. The parking lot in my small town is way more packed than before the "stay home" shit.

I actually went there after work cuz I needed more sinkers. But I walked in half way to the fishing section and said fk it and came home.

We’ve hired a lot lately. It’s shocking how many of them miss a ton of work already! The reasons are ridiculous. One fella clocked in while he was still in training, clocked out 30 minutes later. He wasn’t feeling it that day. Can you believe it?

Hi to everyone in here...if you've said hi earlier I probably missed it cause no notifications for me today. Tw be hating me. Only one or two threads seem to be notifying me maybe so I shall look like an asshole all day.

 

One of our customers interviewed a young guy and at the end of the interview the guy ask if he got paid for it?

Same guy told me he has figured it out, everyone who wants to work already has a job.

 

I know, I feel like more people are taking advantage of this situation than are really worried or sick. We've had quite a few that have been gone more than two weeks. Some a month and some are passing a month. I dunno how, I just can't abandon everyone, even if I'm hating it. I still need money and to earn time off lol.

 

Nah plus, it’s hard to keep up! The only asshole is @Gritto for telling @The Blonde she’s too good for me, which isn’t necessarily a lie! (Gritto)
