I bought a retirement property in Sahuarita in Jan. Moving some stuff out there this trip. Hoping to semi-retire there in Oct.

You can technically make the shift maps do whatever you want in vF

at 0% accelerator, or very low( like 5%) the truck will shift at the low speed target.

the issue with changing these is, when slowing down the truck will hold that gear and drag. It is actually not so bad, but you slow down much faster off of throttle.

    I am really confused.

Is this Saturday's release for 2018 trucks going to be a 2.0x*.p5f file that can be flashed using my dongle-less P5Flash utility?

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. Only VF tunes this weekend.

I don’t think so. I believe he’s still going to get the revised 04B04 tested this week and then release 2.0F to the rest of us fairly quickly ‘cause there’s not much else to fix. He’s just doing a lot of stuff in tandem.

    WTH. I’m an optimist.

I ordered the vF kit and dropped my dongle in the mail 10 days ago (USPS confirmed delivery on 23Apr) and still haven’t received the vF master key or a p5f key.

Guess I should have kept my dongle and returned it after my gears were installed in a few weeks.

The advertised process to switch from dongle to vF sounded pretty straight forward - dongle users who return their dongle get first priority. Seeing that 150 keys have been sent out and I still don’t have keys, it would appear that is not the case.

I’m just patiently waiting trying to get my kids to watch “The Toy” With me and hoping in exactly an hour my dongle response will be in my box after my mail lady put it in her box on the 20th

I literally have 4 labels from a label maker inside my gas cap. 3 on the cap itself. One on the door and one on the pocket surround. I know myself, I'll forget.
