What are you streaming on Amazon, Netflix, etc?

Just finished Babylon Berlin Season 3. Just as good as the first two seasons if not better. Hope they do another.

Also started Banshee on the recommendation from here... I’m hooked. Amazon prime

 

Just started Ozark, looks pretty good.

 

I'm working on that one right now too. I agree, the acting is excellent and cool perspective. Also enjoy seeing Julia Garner from Ozark.

If you're into cults Aquarius is a fantastic one (Charlie Manson). Not sure if it's been mentioned in this thread yet. It's on Netflix. Freaking love David Duchovney

Finally watching MacMillions. Holy shit, it's almost as nuts as Tiger King. I skimmed over an article or two at the time............but shit, wow I didn't know as they branched out (some of) the winners were victims too. So obvious but damn MacDonald's was clueless. Just the geography should have been screaming at them.

 

He did a little known movie with James Woods, ‘Best Seller’. It’s a mid to late 80’s movie (I think)

What We Do in the Shadows on Hulu.

Funniest series I've seen in quite a while. There's also a movie (somewhere - not sure if it's streaming for free anywhere) of the same name from a few years back that's pretty good, but I think the series is better.

 

I have the opposite view but the series is good. Too bad it's on FX/FXX and not a Netflix/Amazon original.

 

I put off subscribing to Hulu for years but finally gave in during this quarantine. Totally worth it imo. Haven't watched anything but Hulu in almost 2 months now, a lot of good stuff on FX/FXX alone not to mention some of their original shows.

 

I just don't like commercials so I avoid it. Youtube is bad enough.

 

That is true the commercials are kind of annoying esp when it's always the same ones over and over lol. But it has given me the ability to watch a lot of current tv shows that I've wanted to see but couldn't (or had to wait until the came onto Prime/Netflix)

 

I find other ways

 

I saw Waco last week and really liked it. I watched all the series one after another. I remember the tragedy when it happened. I looked it up on line and compared the movie to real events and the movie was very accurate. Sad. The Branch Davidians may not have been the bad guys like they were portrayed to be in history.
The movie Extraction is awesome as well. I couldn't stop watching it. Its violent but there is still a good story between characters and it leaves you wondering if it really ended or if there will be a sequel. So fast passed. Awesome.

Been really into Banshee (Amazon prime) but after blowing through the first two seasons I’m trying to pace myself. Thanks for who suggested it here!

 

Extraction is an excellent way to spend a few hours. Starts with a super sweet Hilux and then Thor punches a child in the liver.

 

Been watching Money Heist on Netflix, pretty good for the most part
