I emailed my system ID on 4/16. Tracking showed dongle was delivered on the 17th. I haven't even gotten the automated response from Zendesk let alone the key. I did get the VF key though. That was sent via a separate ticket. I’m really tempted to open another ticket.

 

My understanding is opening a second ticket with them puts you all the way to the back of the line. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, there’s still three more hours in “today”.

 

You might consider this. Saved my ass several times. Plus it guarantees that whoever I never allow to drive my truck puts in the correct fuel.

Just sent a new ticket. I’m tired of all the confusion and the fact that I have to check this site for updates drives me bonkers. I have the same understanding as you when it comes to opening a new ticket. The fact that I never got the automated response from zendesk on top of the fact that my dongle has been in their possession for two weeks were the factors of my decision. Been a customer since ‘17. Love the product and so much about Mat, but some things have gotten to me over time.

Edit: just checked email. Received automated response this time. Glad I resent. Would have been waiting patiently for a long time

 

Simple solution, don't let anyone drive your truck. Alternatively, get an MT.

Nah. I'm just saying I bout VF then a good while later I received an automated followed by a key. It's akin to receiving a package Moments after getting a shipping notification

 

Ah, got it. I think that is what was supposed to happen. I guess I’ll just wait and see if I get my key before the 2019 files are released.

The only thing I plan on using it for is setting the alternator voltage and duty cycle higher for an agm battery when the time comes.
