Installed mine today! 1st notch up front with 1/4" Spacer on drivers side. 1.5" HeadStrong aal in the back (no grinding required except center bolt thanks to new aal design, install was a breeze) . Also did sway bar delete. Absolutely loving it so far. Feels a lot more planted than stock OR suspension and I don't feel tossed/bounced around nearly as much. :bananadance:20200501_183355-COLLAGE.jpg

Looking good man, it’s crazy what a difference these kits make! Did you end up with 1-1.5” rake with that setup?

Go ahead and install them. That will straighten out when the weight of the vehicle is on them. It is just the coil spring putting pressure on the rubber bushing. The Tacoma's use a coil spring that is not completely square so it will force the bushing into a weird shape until weight is on them.

what’s wrong with them? I see the bushing squished. Is that what you’re referring to? Have you reached out to HS before posting?

Not to speak for HS, but as active as they are in the Tacomaworld community, I am sure they stand behind their work. Before accusing them of doing something wrong in a public forum, ask around to other members already running this kit and see if they had the same issue or wait for HS to get back in touch with you. Or reach out to Ryan from Eibach and see if he can shed light on it. I would be frustrated too if I thought it was installed incorrectly but it’s best to double check that it is in fact the case before having to put your foot in your mouth after the fact. Just my .02.

Yeah I get your point, However I have contacted them by phone and on this forum with no response. I’m a big boy and if I’m wrong I’ll say I’m wrong and everyone else who may have the same scenario as me will see. Yes I am frustrated, not just with this but I decided to do the ECGS install at the same time and nothing has gone according to plan. All those videos I’ve watched where no one has a problem is like salt in the wound. I’ve been fighting for over an hour just trying to get my cv axle back it. It’s gonna be a long day.

Murphy’s law. If it’s gonna go wrong, it’s gonna go wrong all at once. Sorry for your grief, I know it’s frustrating. Take a break, turn on some Hank, crack open a cold beer, and get back at it in a bit.

About 3/4" of rake currently (measured by fender gap). Looks almost perfectly level. I will get full detailed measurements Monday after it has time and miles to settle a bit.

Ok so the front is done including the ecgs bushing. It does appear at this point that I was wrong about the shocks being uneven. It’s very strange that not one video pointed that out and I’ve seen a few. They do straighten out. So far so good.

Glad to hear things are going better. It’s definitely looking good. How much initial lift did you get in the front? 2”?

Finished up. Did ECGS bushing install, Eibach coils set to 2nd notch (because I have a cbi hidden winch mount and x20 smittybilt winch) and a 3 leaf AAL (removed over load leaf). I park my truck in the driveway on an incline, but my measurements before and after are as follows: Before
    FL 35 5/16, FR 35 1/4, RL 35 3/4, RR 36 1/4
    After
All consistent with 38 3/16, maybe 38 2/16. Its been a long day of bending over and I have back problems. Overall I’m pretty happy, hope the fronts settle a tad. I’ll post pics later.

Yes, if you leave in the over load the rear lift will be higher. There’s been several people who have done it. I might reinstall my over load because my truck is level and I want some kind of rake. I went with the 2nd notch on the front because I have a winch. I expected the front to be lower. I’ll need new center bolts but no big deal.
