not sure what this group is like but you might want to consider at least checking out the meet up spot before they head out, even if you dont ride off with them.

obviously we have seen some groups that run like hell, But I have also seen many groups that have experienced mindful leaders and chasers in the back leaving a nice space spot for those less experienced in the middle, if you go meet them today then on their next ride out you might be ready to join the ride

 

Ill go through them if theyre red and its clear

Their are a few reasons why I sold the Cbr600rr and the possibilities of being in jail was one of them now I have a grom that tops out at 60.

 

Thats why I sold my F4i. I was just doing 100 everywhere. And i also saw my friends Harley Nightrod. The next bike after the F4i was an 08 Nightster

 

Haha yeah.... Them sportbikes like to cruise pretty fast. My Honda 919 naked bike has the HP of a 600cc sport bike (~110) and the torque of a 1000cc sport bike (~70ftlbs) all down low at street rpms. First gear roll on wheelies whenever you want, 2nd will come up without much effort.

My only saving grace is that it's naked and you feel the windspeed and can't hide behind fairings so comfortable cruising speeds are lower haha

Well, thanks to the positive feedback I got from you all, I decided to meet up with my new friends for a group ride. They knew I had reservations so we kept the group to just the three of us, and ended up riding 100 miles all around western PA. It was a total blast and I’m happy I went.
Plus, I learned a LOT about lane position, preparing for curves, and lots of other good stuff.

A lot of what I learned in the MSF course was absolutely applicable today.

Mine just happened to roll over during today’s ride.
